Top highlights on Honey Birdette

Having launched a dedicated e-commerce website for the US, Honey Birdette, an Australian Lingerie brand, aims to expand their UK retail portfolio to 40 stores by close of 2018 to from current three stores. Honey Birdette was launched in 2006 by an entrepreneur known as Eloise Monaghan in Brisbane. In the last year, Honey Birdette realized a 374% online US sales increase which in turn prompted the need to develop the US site for their clients. Eloise Monaghan says that the site’s main objective is to promote a better experience for the consumers, availing quicker delivery times and providing a free delivery service for any order exceeding 50 dollars and also to allow a wider product range and simpler returns.

Honey Birdette is also looking to at opening retail stores in the US while at the same time maintaining its ambition to add more stores in the UK quickly. The brand’s first store outside the Australian borders was in Convent Garden in London last year. Honey Birdette disclosed to the public that they currently are ready to launch ten additional stores in the UK. These UK locations include the likes of Westfield Stratford, Liverpool, Leeds, and Newcastle. At the moment, the brand boasts of 55 stores in Australia and are not shying off from targeting premium European areas. The prices for briefs go for £35, and the bras are £60, these all being the premium label.

This Australian brand is backed by a private investment company known as BBRC. Currently, Honey Birdette serves within three regions, The US & Canada, Australia & New Zealand and also the UK & Europe. They recently had a campaign for the New York launch, and they brought in stars such as the former Victoria’s Secret model, Sarah Stephens, as well as American actress and swimwear model, Bryana Holly for the campaign’s shoot.
