Dr. Rod Rohrich

Dr. Rod Rohrich MD., F.A.C.S. is a board certified plastic surgeon with a specialization in rhinoplasty. Castle Connolly’s Top Doctor program has recently named him as one of the United States’ best doctors in his field. The Top Doctor program uses various screening processes such as peer review to rate doctors and specialists. This helps patients find the best doctors for their needs and receive the best medical care.

Dr. Rod Rohrich stated that it was an honor to receive such recognition because it means his colleagues hold the highest respect for him. Dr Rod Rohrich went on to say that peer review is one of the most accurate ways to screen information. Nominations and honors such as this are something a doctor can use both to gain more clients and to assure them that he is the doctor they want.

Dr Rod Rohrich went to the Baylor College of Medicine and received high honors before going the the University of Michigan Medical Center, Harvard University, and Oxford University to train. His peers constantly regard him as one of the best doctors they have met in their professional career.

Dr Rod Rohrich also works at the UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of Plastic Surgery as a Distinguished Teaching Professor and is the Founding Chairman of the department. In the past, he was the American Society of Plastic Surgeon’s president which is the world’s biggest congregation of plastic surgery medical professionals. Finally, Dr Rod Rohrich has won the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation Distinguished Service Award. He frequently goes to meetings and conferences to talk about the importance of patient safety and discuss how plastic surgery can advance in the near future.

His practice is located in Dallas, Texas. Dr Rod Rohrich is the Dallas Rhinoplasty Symposium chairman and the American Society’ of Plastic Surgeon medical journal “Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery” editor in chief.
